We want you to be fully satisfied with Synopsio. If you are not happy with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and use their self-service refund process.
  • Contact our support team at support@synopsio.space with your order details, and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refund eligibility

The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds apply to the first 30 days of a new paid subscription.
  • Renewal payments are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal date.
  • If you have upgraded or changed plans during the refund period, the refund will be based on the most recent payment.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

Cancellations without refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations made outside the 30-day refund window are not eligible for a refund of past payments.

Free tier

Our free Starter plan does not require payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. You may use the free tier indefinitely and upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
